Guy founded SY Limited in 2002 with a vision to empower businesses through smart technology. With a career in tech spanning back to the 1980s, Guy brings extensive experience in delivering business-forward technology solutions to SMEs. He is passionate about SY’s consultative approach, guiding clients to leverage Power Apps and automation for significant operational improvements and strategic growth.

Dan is a Senior Developer at SY Limited, joining the team in 2020. Drawing on a unique background that combines a thorough and disciplined approach honed in retail management with a passion for software development, Dan brings a valuable commercial perspective to the development process. His real-world experience enables him to craft practical and effective solutions that directly address business needs, ensuring SY’s clients achieve their automation goals.

Elliot joined SY Limited in 2023 as Operations Director, bringing a unique blend of financial acumen and an innovative approach to problem-solving. After completing his accountancy qualifications in 2012, Elliot built a successful career in financial consulting. This extensive experience in business structure and finance, combined with his ability to identify and implement creative solutions, ensures SY can deliver truly effective business solutions and automation strategies tailored for our SME clients.

Matthew has been a mainstay of SY Limited’s technical team since 2016, bringing a reservoir of patience and enthusiasm to every project. With almost infinite experience working with Microsoft 365 and a genuine love for technology, Matt is instrumental in building robust business automation solutions. What truly sets him apart is his exceptional ability to see the world from our clients’ perspective, ensuring that every technical solution is not only innovative but also perfectly aligned with their practical needs.

Eddie has been a key part of the SY Limited team since 2017, bringing an outstanding depth of IT knowledge. His expertise is particularly extensive across Microsoft technologies, the Microsoft 365 platform, and its crucial security aspects. Beyond his impressive technical proficiency, Eddie is highly valued for his unflappable approach and exceptional problem-solving skills, which enable him to navigate complex challenges and ensure robust, secure solutions for our clients.

Charlie Hunt joined SY Limited in 2021, bringing a unique blend of technical passion and commercial acumen. After completing a degree in games development and a dynamic career in hospitality, Charlie embarked on a period of world travel before focusing his energy on software development. His incredible enthusiasm for programming is evident in his dedication, often needing to be reminded to switch off for the day. Charlie’s strong programming skills combined with his real-world commercial experience are key to delivering SY’s unique and effective client service.

Lilia is a Graduate AI & Data Engineer, bringing a First-Class Honours degree in Artificial Intelligence and a foundation in commercial operations. She is proficient in key technical languages with experience in cloud computing and machine learning. Lilia’s technical expertise includes integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for cybersecurity solutions and developing AI-driven image recognition. Her unique background, honed through leadership roles in retail management, allows her to blend analytical and technical problem-solving skills with a practical understanding of business processes and operational efficiency.

Rich specialises in helping organisations simplify their workflows, reduce manual effort, and get more value from their Microsoft 365 ecosystem. He has spent his career building long-term partnerships across the UK, working closely with clients to understand their day-to-day challenges and explore where digital tools — especially Power Apps — can make the biggest impact. At SY Limited, Rich is often the first point of contact for new clients, guiding them through early discovery, shaping ideas, and ensuring every project starts with clarity and purpose.

Victory brings detailed technical know-how to the team. With a rapidly expanding education portfolio in STEM, Victory has already skills in various programming languages including Python, JavaScript, and Java. His background includes developing a multi-agent system from scratch and working on backend processes for web applications. Victory’s strong problem-solving skills and adaptability, combined with his collaborative experience from projects like Formula Student, allow him to contribute effectively to SY’s consultative approach in delivering innovative business automation solutions.

Salome plays a vital and multifaceted role in the running of SY Limited, embodying the dynamic spirit of a small business. Primarily heading our marketing operations, Salome also expertly keeps our finances in order, manages HR, and diligently looks after supplier relations. Her versatile contributions and hands-on approach are essential to the smooth and effective operation of the entire SY team.

Nala is a vital and much-loved member of the SY Limited office community, gracing us with her presence once a week. Whether she’s enthusiastically demanding a game of fetch with a well-aimed ball or enjoying a peaceful nap under a desk, Nala brings an essential dose of joy and relaxation to our busy environment. Her unwavering demand for playtime and her calm presence remind us all to take a break and appreciate the simple things.

Henry is an adorable miniature Dachshund and a key member of the SY Limited team. Lively and alert, Henry takes his role as Head of Security very seriously, constantly on guard to ensure the safety of the team with his impressively loud bark. His dedicated vigilance makes him a beloved (and well-heard!) part of our office community.
